Here is the market activity for Danville last week.
Once again we have 116 active listings in the Danville market with a price range of $57,600-$664,900. The highest and the lowest still remain on the market. We had 8 new listings this week with a price range of $89,900-$449,900. None of the new listings have went pending in the week.
There are currently 20 houses pending. The range in price from $79,900-$339,500. We had 2 homes go pending this week that were $83.900-$92,000.
Sales: There was only 1 sale updated on the BLC® this week. It was $196,000 which brings us up to 10 for the month. The highest was $264,000 the lowest was $101,000.
