Sorry for the delay in posting. It has been a little busy. Spring /Summer is here and stuff starts popping. Lets get right to this weeks market activity.
In Danville there are currently 21 homes pending with a price range of $79,000-$470,000. Of those 5 went pending in the week ending May 24. They ranged in price from $84,900-$238,000.
We currently have 108 homes active in the Danville market with a price range of $65,000-$635,000. We only had 3 new listings for the week. They were priced from $65,000-$245,000.
We had three closings for the week with a price range of $115,000-$265,000. For the month to date 5/24 we have had 8 closings compared to 22 for 2007 and 17 for 2006. We still have the end of the month closings to bring our numbers up and with 21 currently pended we could fall somewhere between the 06 and 07 numbers.
