There are currently 104 active residential listings in the Danville community. They range in price from $72,500 to $699,900.
There have been 48 properties listed since 1/1/2008, of these seven have been sold or pended on the blc. The total number of homes pended in Danville since 1/1/2008 is 20 as of today. What do these numbers mean? That is the question. As we move through the coming weeks I will try to break these numbers down and compare them to numbers from 2007 and maybe even 2006 to get a better understanding of where we are, where we came from, and where we might be going!
